House passes Waxman-Markey 219-212

The Waxman-Markey bill may not be the ideal solution, but its passing is a landmark event, and offers significant progress over the status quo. This energy/climate change/jobs bill passed the House hours ago by a narrow margin; it still needs to pass the Senate. Friday’s vote is historic, and deserves increased attention.
